Design partner program.
One track for equipment manufacturers and the factories that run their machines: one machine class, a representative sample of its design artifacts under NDA, then Brain on an edge computer on the floor deriving the full model on site, with one success measure agreed before it starts.
How it works.
One machine class.
A test handler, a prober, a bonder, a placement machine. For the first result, a representative, least-restrictive set of its design artifacts under NDA (a code module or two, the alarm list, a process specification; not the full source and not the recipes) and the observables from a stop nobody could explain or a test that was never analysed.
A first result.
Novigens runs Brain on that case and reports what it found and what the data did not cover.
Brain on the floor.
An edge computer next to the machine, read-only and offline. There Brain reads the full design artifacts and observables for that machine class and derives the model on site, without Novigens having access to any of it. One success measure is agreed in writing: engineering hours in logs per incident, time from alarm to the first correct check, or time to sign-off after a change. The model stays with whoever owns the design artifacts.
Preinstalled on new machines.
For equipment manufacturers, Brain preinstalled on new machines of that class and a shared roadmap.
