Privacy Notice
Last updated: April 16, 2026
Novigens Inc. (“Novigens,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware C-corporation headquartered in California. This notice describes what personal information we collect through this website and our business communications, how we use it, and the rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Who we are
Novigens builds an on-premise intelligence layer for industrial machines. Our primary business is enterprise (business-to-business). We do not operate a consumer product and we do not build advertising profiles.
What we collect
- Contact information you send us. When you click “Request access” or otherwise email us, your name, email address, company, role, and any information you choose to include.
- Basic server logs. IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and pages requested. We retain these only as long as needed to operate the site and detect abuse.
- No tracking cookies or advertising pixels. This site does not deploy third-party advertising trackers.
- No customer machine data. Operational data extracted from customer equipment stays on customer infrastructure and does not persist in Novigens systems after an extraction run.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, evaluate design-partner fit, and coordinate pilots and engagements.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose information only to:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (for example, email and cloud hosting), bound by contract to use the data only for our purposes.
- Advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
- Authorities where required by law, or to defend legal claims.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
Your California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Novigens does not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what the CCPA/CPRA allows without this limitation.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise a right, email privacy@novigens.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time frame required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
Novigens is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
